Place all ingredients in a blender, or in a food processor and process for a few minutes until smooth.
You will notice the crystals forming in the oil.
Add the water, then the salt, then water again.
When the water reaches a creamy consistency, add the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Keep stirring until all the ingredients have dissolved.
Stir in a few spoonfuls of ice and the French minerals will thicken.
The French mineralwaters will last for a week, and if left overnight in the fridge, will be ready for use the next day.
